M39 Egg Grenade with Strange Markings

Hi Guys,

I have this M 39 egg grenade in my collection, came mounted on a Wurfkorper 358 LP flare pistol grenade. But it has strange ordnance markings on the bottom.
Could this be: Fake?
Post War?
From another country?

Any help with ID appreciated.

Yes, don´t worry, I have one with that maker from Leningrad. 100% original.

i think the number or marking is the rack number or case number. another way i can say it is the markings tell if it belongs what ever rack or carry case you have

I think it's highly unlikely that a grenade would be serialized to a specific case/rack.... I would need to see period documentation to believe that.
