    Hi.

The first one is 25 cm high and second 22.5 cm both of them have an diameter of 8,8 cm.

          .

Measure the Caliber on the area above the driving band.

My observation: Looks to be Tank or Direct role Gun ammo. APHE. Hope i got this right: You can see the windshield section missing on both and top of the Penetrator on the one, on the other it is missing both parts and just has the hard core. The small HE pocket and BD/Tracer Base Fuse is missing on both, or so it looks, both are unfired.

          Regards,

          Pete

These are both 8,8 cm Pzgr 39, maybe Pzgr. 39-1 (but this is almost impossible to determine in this condition).

And yes, amongst the variety of guns that shot this particular type, was the 8,8 cm Kw.K. 36, which was fitted in the Tiger.

A small general warning: unexploded (but shot) 8,8 cm Pzgr 39 are among the most dangerous duds you can encounter on the former battlefields, a light touch can be enough to set them off.

Hard to find nice complete Pzrg 88, 39 or 39-1. I've got a load of Pzrg 39/43, but just two of these.
