New 20mm Shell

I got this at a small gun show near my home town today. I would like to know what the blue head and white stripe means. I know what many color variations are, but not this

It looks very close to the 20 MM ammo I use in my Finnish Lahti.

The round is a Finnish made 20mm.. For the Lahti anti tank gun..The color code is AP...BILL
