KM uniform help

I'm buying a small collection and I was asked $450 for this.
I have no idea if is a good deal or not.

Missed you at the MAX and hope your trip to Italy was nice

It looks like a clean NCO's jacket, but my first thought was the eagle looks replaced and that it's a ho-hum Administrative NCO based on the sleeve rating.

That being said, I think $450 would probably be the best you could expect to get out of it retail.
