Now you need the gilt KM metal anchor button...

This jacket needs 5 KS golden buttons (or back bone ones) in front (diameter 2.5) and two buttons on the sleeves.

And couple another questions:
- What diameter should the buttons on the sleeves be?
- How many buttons should be on one sleeve? One by one or two by two?
