Here is my Panzerschiff Admiral Graf Spee Mützenband in metallfaden which arrived today. Obtained with the kind assistance of John Robinson.
Mint yet cut for wear, perhaps just worn once for a Matrose's studio photo before setting out to sea...

First, that is one of the most magnificent gold wire tallies I have ever seen besides belonging to such a famous ship.

Hi Norm, had the chance to do a few shots over the weekend and this I did for you my friend, enjoy!

Although we had the full setup for photography my friend left an important lense at home so we had trouble getting precise focus but this gives us a good idea for the next session so we can go that little bit further on quality again.... For now though enjoy!
