There are 4 Panzerschiff Deutschland tallies on Ebay.de right now. You were hoping for a deal at 3,99Euro for a genuine one.
The ones listed for 185-220Euro are all genuine and priced accordingly to what you would find for a tally like this.
Both of the post reproductions listed by the seller also have the sheriff S not present. in "Panzerschiff" This seller also specifically states they can't make any guarantee. They are good at covering their butts.

haha, yeah Justin I didn't think it had a chance, I've just never seen a fake like this and I haven't seen many cotton ones.

Well, the small "s" is not always an indication of a fake. In these cases, it is. So study the entire tally, front and back before final determination. John
