Could you help me with identifying this original shoulder boards.

Are they: Senior Warrant Officer rank in the KM Verwaltungs Beamter des mittleren Dienste, or Administrative Official with the one twist designating the lowest level ? I presume Kontor is correct in another thread, regarding this shoulder boards ?

Could anyone of you tell me something about value of there two great shoulder boards ?

You are right, Marineverwaltungsbeamte, Administrative offcial intermediate level with NCO rank from 1940.

About value, for a nice set like this one, I would say that 180-220€. If you want to sell them let me know.
