Thoughts on this celleon bullion Breast Eagle..are the 'missing' threads on the right inside top of the wing a concern...?...and it looks like the right side is shorter than the left side...?

So you can have minor differences all over , even if a template cardboard
has been used .

Can't see causes for concern. As GAMS1 pointed out "hand made, don't forget".
Did you measure the difference in lenght of that detail, BTW?

Seller has confirmed the measurements from the breast to wing tip are in 42-43mm's on each side...the photo adds some perspective so it 'appears' to be shorter on the right wing but confirms they are the same, so good to go for me....
