Same person - Admiral Meyer ??

Hello,

I was looking for some pictures of Admrial Hans Meyer (former commander of the Tirpitz)
I found one commonly attributed to him (left) and one in a past ratisbon auction (right, part of photo with post-war dedication to a Tirpitz member).

It is hard to tell but does they look the same person ?
