Received this hat today, has the cat emblem which I believe could be from U-48, just looking to see what peoples thoughts and opinions are on it.

Thanks for the response Michael, can you let me no why as need to figure this out soon as if it doesn't add up then I need to try and get my money back soon, so if anyone can give some thoughts and pointers it would be greatly appreciated and I may learn a few things.

Hello, bad cap and bad insignias sorry, I would sent it back as quick as you can

Thanks, I've alo learnt that there shouldn't be a gap between the edge on the visor where there's partial stitching, any other tell tale signs I'd be happy to hear and be wiser in the future, it's all a learning process.

The wreath is not original. The leather chin strap looks bad ,and actually the whole cap is bad from top to bottom.
