some badges and crest?

Hi gents,

I've recently got this pile of badges, amongst some KM and some Heer shoulder boards insignia, there was this crest. Did any of you seen such before? do this belong to a KM visor? just guessing!
Any opinions are welcome!

wing from the luftwaffe (colar patch)

oak leaf from the visor i think it's post-war i have never seen such a oak leaf maybe BM or from a another country?

Thanks, I was thinking the same about the oak leafs, but it does not mean anything, that I haven't seen such before, so it's always better to ask!
