KM belt and buckle- opinions needed

A friend of mine wants to buy this well used KM belt and buckle, but we still have some doubts, despite the fact that I don't know much about KM.
What do you think? Untouched or no go?

Hello Beutegermane,
The leather belt has a nice Km stamp but your buckle is well used/abused i would pay not more then 250 euros in this condition. Don't be afraid the set is 100% original ww-2 so if you can buy it for a nice price go for it
