    sailor

If anybody will say me did such sailor exist ?

Depends on how you have the name and number. Generally speaking, no way to know unless you are a relative of the man and then can go to the German archives with a request.

Otherwise, doubtful unless a U-boat man and his name comes up on one of the U-boat websites, easily found with an internet search.

What is being said is that the linked website has a list of known names of U-boat sailors. "Lenk" is listed but of course, there is no certainty that your Lenk is the U-boat Lenk.

The only way to know for sure is if you are a relative of Lenk (and have his full name) and apply to the appropriate German archives for his service record.
