it's still out there !! Attic find in Antwerp

An attic find last weekend in Antwerp.
Among some british and US items were these two rubberized bags for an individual life raft, used by Luftwaffe aircrew members.

Both are in very fine condition, sadly one is lacking all the yellow text sections.

I posted this in the LW section, apparantly they are KM life rafts...

I have no clue what exactly they are....
I can't image every crew member of a ship had his personal life raft ??
