KM towel question

i have some towels i am selling from the kreigsmarine.
i would like to know, gentlemen, if such items were personal issue items to individual service personel, or were they issued to serving bases and craft of the KM? or both. do KM soldbuch uniform lists include such towels? many thanks in advance.

mmm...colt45s?! thanks, but these arent fake. i dont think they are problematic in the least.
the question is about their issuance during the war. id hoped this km forum corner would help on this specific point. thanks in advance. thanks dersturmer78 for links!
