Picked up this KM Coastal Artillery NCO Blouse and before I put it up for sale I just want to confirm that the NCO Tresse on the collar is correct and original? Pre-war feldgrau wool. Many thanks for your help!

Collar patches are army signals but I have seen them used before on KM tunics.
Collar tresse could be fine.
Pretty much unworn tunic, so hard to say when it was all put together.
Straps seem like a later addition, but are fine imo.
