Nice example. Keep in mind, these were made well into the 1980s, with more than a dozen subtle design variations. The green-bordered ribbon denotes rear-guard service as stated by llemaco. Ribbons with a black border were for front-line/combat service.

Your medal is made in years 40, sure. The price in Spain is 15-20€ and the box about 15-20, then , your price is right
