Unknovn Italian General

I have question about this picture...they should be guys from Divisia Lombardia. Who is that general? And the officer second from the right?


Any conclusions?

The 57th Infantry Division Lombardia, stationed in Pola and had his men deployed
in Croatia till 1943.The one on the left should be the Brig. Gen Pietro Scipione.

I still have some doubts...based on next things.
-this picture was probably made on 12 of august on the unit day (Festa del 73° reggimento fanteria a Ermesburgo).
-probably before the war..1940, no 1941
-at this time leading officer was Gen. D. Vittorio Zatti

Do we have any pictures of those two generals to compare? I search on the net, but my italian is weak
