I like it! In typical Italian tropical olana cloth (which btw the Germans also used post 1943!)
Just a poor restoration attempt!
Could use some nice black backed tropical officer shoulder straps! The loops (or tunnels "Sahariana style" which the SS copied for their tropical kit), are missing though..

Nice Sahariana...looks like Medical Corps mostrine...wartime... so possible for this jacket.... but as NickG pointed out they seem upside down!?...
