Italian Cavalry Collar Flames

Hello,

I was looking for some help on theses Cavalry Collar Flames. There's 3 with the crimson color, I'm trying to figure out which one this one is. 1st Nizza is just the Crimson flame, which this appears. 7th Milano is the crimson flame with black piping, I see no piping. And then there's the 13th Monferatto, Crimson flame backed black, which it has the black felt collar. I guess looking at the Cavalry insignia on buttons and shoulder boards those are for 12 to 19th. So 13th?

Any help much appreciated.
