Oddball Italian ammo pouches need ID

Got these 2 at the last show just because I did not have them. I believe the 2 single ones are for police but I have not a clue of what model the single brown one is. Only thing I can guess is that it pre-dates the M1907 pattern. All 3 have a metal box in them so they fit the 18 round box of rounds perfectly. Anyone here have any idea?

Thanks. I think that is from an Osprey book isn't it? Does it say what era that soldato is from? Does it say the model of the pouches?

It's says no info on the equipment but it is WW1. Hope this helps!
