Helmet M33 Camouflage Regia Marina WW2...opinion please

Hello to all,
I place this helmet Italian model 33 of the Regia Marina Italiana, camouflage and complete with everything. The helmet was found and thus not altered.
I do not find stamps and markings.
I am not an expert on these helmets, which is why I ask you opinions.

Imo probably a good ww2 shell refurbished pw!
Pw arsenal made liner and chistrap..
Fake RSI stencil and camo, grey green outside colour was repainted on the pw white(?) colour!

Unfortunately I have to agree.
The shell looks also artificially aged.
