Nice and not so easy to find arm shields!
The Milizia Universitaria was made of volunteer college students and fought in North Afrika and in most of the other warfronts including Albania and Greece.
The Milizia Contraerea, like Nick said, was in fact the MVSN (Black Shirts) equivalent of the German FlaK and was deployed in most of the war fronts to protect industrial, civilian and military plants/targets.
