    Opinions on Sahariana

    Hello all,

I just received this Sahariana today from a fellow Italian collector from Canada. (not many from these parts of the woods)

The tunic itself looks right to me. It has the `been there look` The material is very light. Looks the same type of material as the colonial khaki shelter ponchos or even closely resembles if not the same material found on the 2nd pattern italian pith helmet.
    Your opinions are most welcome.

This is a pre-war model. Together with the Modello 1940 they were issued to officers only.
