Thoughts on Italian tunic

Is this an officer's tunic ? (stripped?) or NCO maybe?
Would an enlisted soldier wear it with golden buttons?
Its a pre-war tailored piece...used early in the war?
Thoughts? Reasonable price?

It is a post-war officer tunic.
Needless to say it is overpriced.

Police for sure!!!!
Pre war officers tunic for tje Rei havo got always the welvet collar.
Only Milicr have got the grey green collar but with profiles of the specialities at the cuffs.
