    M43 tunic in M44 wool: - never note an eagle like that!

    Hello All,
    Undoubtly real and genuine applied eagle ...

    ... but comparing the eagle to two others I've noted that there is disparity between amount of prongs:

    As you can see eagle attached at M43 in M44 wool (below) got one prong less then two others... Never note that detail before on another example. Any ideas Gents?

    Looks like a good eagle with a factory defect

      An unusual bird for sure. Have wonder about a defect as the one diagonal line on the top "feather" is distinctly closer to the middle than on the other regular birds.
