M40 reenactor or full restored?!

Hello guys! Need help with this m40 . The Spanish shield is good but for sure the Feldbluse doesn't come from a blue División Guy

Looks like it came from sort of museum judging from numbers. There is, what looks like , lastname written in cyrlic ( Kugrow ).

No doubt it is an original jacket.

That's what I thought at the beginning, but I showed to some "experts they told me everything is restored. For sure buttoned are. But collar tabs in my opinion no and also shoulder. I have doubts about the eagle, can't remember if I saw one like this,

What a beauty and a good shield too. When that was applied is anybody's guess...
Same can be said with the (techically NCO) cyphers... 269th Infantry Regiments is Legion Azul of course...Embeliished in Spain...

If the experts say it's good, then who am I to disagree but from these pictures the tunic looks like a reproduction. That's my opinion anyway.
