    I have no problem with them Patrick,

    have picked one up from a veteran source and I am not the only collector here in New Zealand. Other more advanced than myself here in NZ have also got one from a veteran source.

    However, this said, there is a lot of resistance and rejection of this type from some advanced USA collectors.

    Have a read of this thread and you will see what I mean;

      Good early ones , no problem .
      IMO private purchase with piping made in boiled wool .

            “Snake oil” as far as I am concerned.

              I wouldn 't take these Pz collar tabs to myself in the collection.
              Besides, there are no signs of stitching to the uniform on the collar tabs

                  Same type but made with a different badges cloth Dyftin instead of boiled wool .

                    Indeed, IMHO they are the same, in the critical aspect that counts the most.

                      I'm also not a fan.
                      I, too, have had a number of Panzer tabs from veteran lots over the years,
                      but never anything like these.
                      As Fred Boes stated to me over 50 years ago "Kid, you like it, you buy it" Every collector makes the call on what he will add to the collection.
