I would say original that has had the insignia diddled with.

I saw the listing for this one earlier. Appears base tunic is an original. It's been shortened. Even the sleeves also appear to have been shortened - that's how it looks in the photo. At least some of the buttons are recent replacements as the minty finish on them doesn't match the wear on the tunic.

Looks real, but modified jacket ( shortened and with lower pockest lifted )
