Help with General's Breat Ealge

Hello,

This Heer general’s breast eagle came with a large group of insignia (some good/some bad) from an estate sale, I purchased recently. I do not believe it is original, but wanted to check with others before I tossed it. It is on a dark green material. I would appreciate opinions on it.
