WOW Look at the size of that Collar! This must have been a special Elvis cut German Uniform. Something strange is going on here. Maybe this one was made from an overcoat? Not sure what is going on with the lining either as it is not the style one expects to see. Notice how it is pieced in the rear ? Insignia looks good. I am confident that others will contribute their opinions and a consensus will be reached.

Alteration from a M36 EM Greatcoat, converted to a officer tunic. Total lenght marking has three numbers, total lenght was somthing like 125 cm... seems period work to me.
This explains the elvis collar
