Opinions on some cloth insignia

Need some opinions on these cloth insignia items. Just not my area of expertise. I don't have a warm and fuzzy feel about the panzer tab. Not sure what the other collar tab is. Anyway, would really appreciate some help with these. Thanks

All insignia appear to be originals. The shoulder board is a police item.
