Help wanted! M36 officer uniform

I bought recently a uniform on a flea market. Bought it for a replica price but my feeling says it is old and it looks like a M36 officer model to me. Made by uniformfabrik Franz Fiedler and it has some stamps i have my doubts with the swatiska ones . The model looks exactly as a M36 feldblouse for officers but this one has a black collar. On the shoulder boards you see hellgrun on the buttons. Need more info.

I'd vote for an early post-war tunic converted from an open neck to a closed neck tunic, with black collar added. Possibly for theater use?

I base this on the shade and type of fabric, dimensions being off like sleeve cuffs / tunic top closure / loose "civil" cut / odd markings in what should be a tailored officer uniform not issue piece.
