Lago Posen stamp....what does it mean m39 tunic

What does Lago Posen mean when stamped on the inside of a m39 tunic?.....along with other measurements?.....see photo.

"Lago" means "Landesliefergenossenschaft" a consortium of small taylors - in this case in the Posen region. Posen is the German name of Poznan, today in Poland.

Every company got a system-number. I suppose the "12" stands for the company who made this jacket.
