Pink HG Straps

i will sell this late War Pink HG Straps, please confirm that they are true originals, they came from a hort found here in Germany.

They look to be from the same hoard.

Nice boards.

But why would these be specifically HG straps? I know it is claimed by sellers.

Might just be ordinary Heer straps from my point of view.

Have seen lots of these boards from that hoard. Some with blue backing, but still, I am sceptical about them being specifically for HG units. I have seen Heer straps with bluish backing as well.

Everything I saw from that hoard were Luftwaffe. The matching tabs were also found with them, as well as Luft FD tabs and regular ones as well.

The consensus at the time, and now, are that they are HG assault gun wrap boards and tabs.

Fair enough, but if you encountered a pair of these, without that history that they were found with Luftwaffe tabs ect., they would just be ordinary straps.

They were not issued, so who knows?

I agree. And while in most cases we do not know how items were found, we do in this case. I bought a number of these and just found another pair. I would also be skeptical of these if they just popped up out of no where. But IMO this hoard was a unique opportunity.
