    Heer summer tunic?

    I have some questions with regards to this collector creation. Is the white jacket 1.original, 2. Heer, 3. Luftwaffe. Then is the luftwaffe insignia original? IMo the collar tabs is OK, but the shoulder boards are fakes? The ribbon is added.

    I would appreciate all opinions on this. Thanx Jacques

            It's correct for a Luftwaffe white summer tunic but the boards don't match the tabs and that stamp is funky. Matt

              What about the scallops on the pocket flaps for a Luft tunic? Postwar? J

                    many White tunics are same construction or near the same, Postwar here in Germany. The Tropical was also in a wise White execution for the Bundeswehr (Navy).
                    here only 3 examples ...

                          I do not like the 1943 stamp either. My guess would be it is post War with an added stamp. If I remember correctly, white tunics similar to this were also worn by the West German Police.

                            The tunic is highly questionable, but the LW tabs are real though the shoulder boards are funky. Steve

                              I'm 99% sure I just saw this on eBay.de this evening. Seller claimed insignia to be reproduction. Now I must find the link!
