Hi Chahler

So far, have only encountered one variation of the summer eagle with 4 secondary feathers on both wings which can be found in gold or silver and this one looks like it but with weaker detail a solid back (instead of hollow stamped) and different hardware...

My guess would be a post war casting but wait for better opinions
