    Veterans Daughter's Relics Hit

I had a great hit this week from the daughter of a WW2 veteran. Her father was in Germany and her uncle was in the Pacific. A few interesting items....

Very nice B! Will you be posting any more pics showing the German insignia?

            Regards!

              Congratulations on your great score!
Veteran's lots like this were common in the 1960s,
              but are now very infrequent!
The condition appears to be excellent, proper storage all these years.
I'd like to see more photos as well.

Awesome Find. Congrats. Would love more pictures also. Especially those Stanschutzen patches.

                    More to come

More pics coming. The veteran passed away years ago but fortunately all the blades were covered in axle grease (WW2 era I believe as it was caked on and dry). The paratrooper blade and the early SA blade are in near mint condition. Some of the patches have moth damage but overall most are in decent condition. I have some ironing to do....

Cool thanks so much. Vet May have been in Austria, Innsbruck from the Standschutzen patches. Any Idea of his unit or history?

He was in the 103rd infantry division. You can see his patches and medals on the theft side of the table. I have photographs and his unit history book. The unit ended up in Innsbruck at the end of the war.
