    Tab looks correct but looks like some one cut off the folded edges. Cliff

        The bird looks to be executed on police green. Read somewhere there were some examples of high rank police wearing army style eagles on their sleeves.

          Tab is a nice original cellon example and original.
          The bird could have a chance but I would never use it to restore a tunic.
