GD - Artillery-Major shoulderboards + tabs

IMO the cyphers are original. The holes through the back of the boards seem well worn, so the cyphers are sitting on the boards for a while.

I'd be interested in as much opinions as possible because the boards are not cheap and I'm not an expert myself on "GD"-items.

I'd say it is hard to tell if boards and cyphers are original match. This can be put together at any time and expecialy cause one prong is missing it is a good way to keep the value up to put it on tabs.

The tabs to me look like Carmine espciaially on the back where they would not have sun faded but it may just be my screen.

Agree +1 Cyphers could have been added anytime since the war to increase value, one prong missing, hmmm, sum of the parts.

Guys, the tabs don't count for me, it's clear they are originals if part of a whole set or not. Only the cyphers really are of interest!

gd straps

saw these on ebay recently,
good originals with classic officers type pair of cyphers attached.
nothing to worry about with these, good originals.
