Today's Find -I agree it's Still Out There

Gents, I met today with the son a deceased Army Air Corps veteran. He said this pile of stuff has been sitting in an old suitcase for many, many years. Most everything is in the photos but there is a second flag - a Reich Service flag probably 4 ft by 12 ft which is off to the side. Everything else is in the pics. Infantry visor has a nice buillion wreath, no maker mark and sweatband seems dry and possibly brittle. Certainly made my day. Rich

Love the converted waffenrock with field grade collar tabs. The pocket and cuff material is indeed non matching,
a modification for sure

It is difficult to see weather the waffenfarbe is kornblumenblau for medical or light blue for transport...can you show the boards in close-up..?..

The tab color looks like TSD field service tabs, the boards look medical in color and the jacket piping is close to transport but colors varied and have faded over time. It will be interesting to see the boards. I think I see a medical device and they are with two pips for a Stabsarzt.

As requested, more photos of the tunic. I tried to show the inside. The lining is a nice quality green satin like material but I find no sign of a tailor label or - even more amazing - any inside pockets? A Forum ember liked the flag I used in the background. What kind of flag/banner is it? thanks Rich
