In 1944 DAK ... are serious ? Tropical at best . Looks to orginal tropical pants ( intresting feature is that liner is made of typical SS cloth sued to made "charkow" parkas ).

The striped liner material is indeed interesting!

Look very nice to me as well. I saw quite a few of these coming out of the "woodwork" in the northern Bohemia area, but never any with this type of lining. Cool find.

As said regular tropical Pants. Therw is no M44 type of those. The M44 is just the Munich Depot markings from 1944.
