I think this eagle looks not good.
what do you think about it?

Personally, I like it. The eagles on Grunmeliert were intended for jackets made from the same material but I don't think that would prevent you from using one on gabardine. At any rate I recommend that you post this on the Police Forum where you may get a better informed opinion.
