Marcus, I can't speak to the wrapper, but the Piped Field Tunic (Geschönte Feldbluse) seems to be original, although I suspect some of the insignia, particularly the eagle, has been re-sewn at some point.

Panzer Oberleutnant geschmukte tunic looks nice, but IMO all the insignias were restored (shoulder boards, eagle, collartabs). For collartabs to be firmly inspected, better pictures of fabric, possible ghost tabs/stiches on collar are needed.

Wrappers are for me a big ? so i wont comment on that one,...

Wrapper looks all original...Eagle,collar tabs and boards look good.
