The tunic appears to be genuine, including the collar insignia but the breast eagle, though skillfully applied and a type sometimes used on these tunics, I suspect is replaced.

Everything looks fine to me too and eagle looks period applied.
I owned this tunic years ago and it is a very nice worn one.

Just a friendly note that the plural of Insigne is Insignia. There is no such thing as insignias.
