That is a nice image of a very similar tunic. Note he is not wearing any awards which was en vogue with light weight tunics. Often only an EKI was worn.

I just remembered that I have a picture of the Stab der 1. radf. reg. (at least it says on the back), and one man is standing out with his Light weight summer tunic AND he has 2 ribbon (EKII and OST medaille I would guess) and 3 steckabzeichen -hard to see which ones they are..Anyway, it seems he is one of the most expirienced officer or soldier of them all..Maybe on recreation after injury..Denmark was often used for this and the picture is from Denmark..from a series of 40 some pictures..
