Geschwader General Wever Cufftitle

I'd like to get some opinions on this cufftitle. It's uncut and about 18" inches in total length. Material has a very nice doeskin feel to it. For what it's worth, it does not glow. I've had it a for a while and like to put it up for sale on E-stand. Any opinions are welcome.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the reply. I've read that article, but I just wanted to get some opinions on this particular one. Others have given it give a , but with cloth items it can be touch and go.
