Eagle nr 2 : Is this for the Nazi children program (Lebensborn)?
Eagle nr 3: is this Police? ( Look like it have been on a T-shirt)
Eagle nr 4 and 5: To the left, is this early SA?
the Eagle to the right, is this SA navy?

Any issues?

The RAD sleeve patch is a known reproduction. If the police patch came with it I have doubts about it.
