    breast eagle ID

Here are pictures of a breast eagle which I was told by a knowledgeable gentlemen at the Nation's Gunshow today in Chantilly, Virginia, USA, is a parade tunic or Waffenrock NCO eagle. It is circa 110 millimeters in width. Yes, the wingtips are not completely shown; my apologies.

If someone would not mind confirming or correcting the above identification that would be most helpful. I plan to sell it on the eStand. Thanks for any help, Brian

These Waffenrock breast eagles are found with different color backing:
yours is slate gray; tan, various shade of green & field gray are also found.
